Department of Mathematics offers undergraduate and postgraduate programme / course.  M.Sc. Mathematics is a four semester postgraduate course and B.Sc. Mathematics -a six semester programme from 2009 admission onwards and B.Sc, Mathematics - a three year course 2007 and 2008 admissions. The department also provides instructions in Mathematics subsiadiary / complementary  subjects for B.Sc. Physics, Computer Science, Chemisty and Statistics courses / programmes

UG carriculam has been changed by the introduction of Choice based Credit Semester System (CCSS) 2009. The duration of the new UG  Programme is six semester (3Years). Under this scheme 'Programme' means Course, 'Course' means Paper.
